The associates were tired of eating pizza every Saturday and suggested switching it up to give more options, including healthier options.
We began rotating different Saturday lunch options, including healthier options like fresh fruit, salads and grilled meats.
Associates were concerned about the volume of water bottle waste. Many associates also wanted access to more healthy drink options, versus drinking energy drinks and sugary sports drinks.
We placed a Bevi drink machine in our dealership that offers multiple flavored water options, both still and sparkling, plus options to add electrolytes & caffeine. This reduced water bottle waste and gave the associates healthier options.

Created a monthly email newsletter with consistent employee updates covering events, recognition, birthdays, big anniversaries and important dealership news.
